When TBC A + evidence A will be destroyed.
Is possible build TBC B again for use evidence A (mean same evidence form scent)
or when destroyed TBC then all evidences A from scent A = be broken + scent A gone ?

Really? No the scent persists and evidence can be reused regardless of how many TBCs are preformed.

This is as if you took the scent to someones leanto and used it to summon them. What do you do next if you want to kill them with revenge. You have to have the second evidence so you collect two of the same evidence or two different evidence of the same person. Either way it is normally best to collect evidence A then put it in a box and collect evidence A again instead of using two different evidences.

I good think, is possible repeat TBC...

Yes... Best to Move character constantly so that they have to track every day. This is also why if you plan on saving the character you need to cover your scents.
