hai just wondering how do u brake a clamestone that dosent belong to u ?

me stumpled on to where my 1st charter was living and the clamestone is still standing and im not able to make a new guy to inherant the land so went thou the troble of getting waste and its not letting me destroy the stone ? any idea what me am doing wrong ?

welp considering the clamestone has been inactive for 1-2 years and my 1st charter died a few days after the plage update it shoud of decayed on its own by now but it hasent

oh yeah, i read this pre-coffee this morning and only saw about 30% of the words yeah if its out of silver and you have crimes on, it should break. claimstones dont decay, and any defenses on the claim will still act like normal
