I am having difficulty rotating the camera. I have a two-button mouse, but clicking and dragging only moves my character. Any help?

Middle mouse button

As I said, I have no middle-mouse button.

If you have a mouse wheel, pressing it usually acts as the middle mouse button. If you have an older two button mouse with no wheel, it may be time to upgrade (view and map zooming becomes much easier as well); else, you may need to check your mouse driver software to see how to signal a middle mouse click using your mouse.

Try pressing both buttons at once. At least in Windows, this acts as a middle mouse click.
