When I boil a wilted tea leave in a full copper pot I get tanning fluid. How do i get white tea?

You might've started with tanning fluid by mistake. Try again, but make sure the pot starts with water

Had you boiled birch bark in it previously?

I have boiled birch bark at some point in all my copper pots. I tried a different pot and got white tea.

if you hover over the water meter you can check what is in it (water/tanning fluid/tea). As mentioned previously, make sure to start with water.
