I got sounds on and music off in the Latikai client.

Today I have heard strange (unknown) music in the area. Its a nice and lets say "spring mood" song on the flutes. I have heard this music only once earlier when i left my house during the bloody moon. Today i heard it for the second time when was looking for the beavers near my village. Any ideas?

music plays when you come near events, like the broken down caravan or the gingerbread house

i dont like unknown things happening near, but u seem to save my poor heart
that sounds nice coz it looks like the events like my neighbourhood ... btw how does the gingerbread house work? could u describe some more events? i have only noticed caravans

the gingerbread house you can apparently collect candy from (never found it myself so thats just what ive been told) and there is also a beached whale event (again, never saw that one personally). I've come across the caravan one myself a few times though and it plays a happy little tune when you first come in range of it, so i assume they all do the same.

Never heard the tune but I have come across the house and the caravan both provide nice little gifts when interacting with them. I have yet to come across a harmful event.

It's biome-based, which ones you come across.

I heard a little tune when I came across an eagles nest. It seemed a little buggy...when standing right next to the tree I did not hear the music.

I came across a caravan once before, but did not hear any music.

I just came across another eagles nest, seems the music only lasts a 5-10 seconds

probably the same music then, the last time i found a caravan it was just because i heard the music and that made me look for it, dosnt last long though. The funny thing is, I only clicked on this thread because when I first saw "Strange Music" I thought it was going to be a thread about Tech N9ne.
