Are you able to take items off the sale if you feel like and swap them for something else?
Or you need to sell them trough to change something on the slot.

you need to sell them.
There is also an option to purge a slot, destroying all items in there. No worries, you need to press that button a good few times before anything is actually destroyed.
You can also only ever change the price by 50% of its initial value - keep that in mind when you set an initial price (if you start at 100s, it can never go lower than 50s or higher than 150s).

If you want to get your goods back you can also buy them yourself. You'll get the amount of their price from the stall, less 15 % for the taxes. So, the first thing to do is to reduce the price as low as you can.

Few more questions about stall.
If I have sold some goods. Lets say I have 2000 silver inside stall.
1. Will the rent be divided from the profits automatically or I have to be there every single week and pay the rent from my backback?
2. How much silver coins a stall can hold?

1) if the rent is not paid for by the taxes taken from your income, then it will be taken from the stall's reserves until those are gone. if the tax is not paid at all and the stall is too empty to pay it, the stall will come up for sale.
2) it's limited, but mine has reached 90k+ already without being full. There was a case of a stall having filled silver though, and it could not be bought from anymore.
