I had been in a big struggle the past week, I have been trying to raise my sugar&spice to 150 at least, do you have any ideas of what combination or which items are most efficient?

gingerbread men are by far the easiest way I know of: just spam-make anything bread-related and you'll be drowning in them before long.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

Brilliant honey-dews. Just go to some grassland and keep picking grass. After 15-30 minutes you should get a couple honey dews.
