Quick question about claims and Eminent Domain.

Village claim goes out 51 tiles from center, meaning 102x102 base Village Claim.

If i extend my pClaim outside of the vClaim, and someone drops a vClaim that 'snugs' up next to mine, will they be able to Eminent Domain my pClaim?

Any other useful info on vClaims, pCLaims, tips & tricks, etc would be helpful.

to eminent domain you have to have vclaim influence on the actual claim stone so you are fine

Just keep in mind that it's possible to build a village's boundry stone on your plcaim in order to reach your claim stake to eminent domain it.
So your outer walls better be strong and protected enough.

Boundary Stones can only be built on a village claim, and cant be built to extend into another village claim, correct?

My Claim Stone is within my Village Claim, so they wouldn't be able to build a boundary stone to reach it, if im not mistaken.

My bad I missed the fact you had a vclaim inside :p So no worries.
But if you hadn't, it would be possible to build a boundary on the overlap of their vclaim and your pclaim.

No worries. I'm still trying to figure out all the claim mechanics, it's good to know that my claim is alright for now.

Any other things anyone has to offer about claims and defenses would be much appreciated.

It's possible to destroy farms on vClaim using salt without leaving any scent, so you need to make any cheap fence around them.

I don't know about using salt on farms inside pClaims

Good to know, thanks.

On a similar note, what about people being able to walk on vClaims? I was scouting for a suitable location to settle I came across several villages, but was unable to walk on the village claim.

Is there some setting a mayor can enable that causes that? Or was it becuase I was already in another village?

Between vclaims there will always be 3 squares of clear space... more than enough for TBF... so while they haven't overlapped you- there's still plenty of room to attack and potentially obliterate you if your walls/defenses are crap, etc.

Around Junction City I had Brick... 5 spaces... plank... and more layers, but inside plank that overshadowed the Brick is where the bulk of my defenses such that Brazier/torch coverage was extensive (as in every square foot of the perimeter there was 3-7+ defense batteries on hand to make raiders miserable). Even had they broken though the Brick... the defenses...with sufficient fuel... would continue non-stop... until they broke through 2nd layer defenses.

If you are less than this- you might be in trouble.
