upgrading skills affecting other skills

So as Im sure most of you know when you upgrade certain proficiencies they upgrade others such as upgrading arts and crafts gives 100 to faith and wisdom but i cant find information or a tree or something anywhere about what upgrades what does anyone have anything like that or just knows

Probably what you are seeing is that the inspirational you are using to raise arts and crafts also gives some faith and wisdom. I dont think just raising one proficiency gives points to another.

If you fill up both arts & crafts and faith & wisdom and than choose to increese arts & crafts, it will give you 2 points in arts & crafts and 1 point in any other skill you have filled up full (in your case faith & wisdom).
The only exception for that is Perennial Philosophi afaik. PP increeses by 1 and you can only increese that one not that and some other at the same time.
