Timer on fruit rotting?

Postby kitty629 » Mon Mar 28, 2016 2:35 am

I thought was 5 days, but I dont think its even been everbloom for 5 days and my apples rotted. Or maybe I am just going crazy?

I don't have my own fruit trees, that said the wiki says fruit rots after a couple of days. I'm guessing from your post it may have been changed to 5?
Anyway, if so, I'm also guessing you are not sure when everbloom started. I believe it was late Wednesday last week or early Thursday. So, it is close to 5 days of warm spell.

Also, I have read a post with the author stating he believes there to be random factor to fruit rotting. This was stated as a theory.

I have experienced the same thing. It was 5 days previously. I wasn't online, but people said the server had an intentional reset shortly before Jesus' resurrection anniversary. I will put forward a theory that JC is/was testing issues with the upcoming meat rot patch or just a Fruit nerf/Justice buff put into effect.

The reset was to turn eggs back on.
