Mining set

Somebody wrote on this forum, that with his mining set and tea buff he can mine without stop for regen. It looks like the best mining set someone can get is about 760 mining. For now i have 670 mining set (difference is not very large), but still it is not enough to mine with tea only. I still need food. What kind of magic is it?

What you have read is prior to the last mining patch.
Now you either have to eat extra regen food, or make pauses (afk or rubble mining)

Especially the lower you go in your mine... Mine level 7-8 do take quite a lot of phlegm and also i think your set is high enough, count productivity as well

Another small question about mining. I'm not interrested in high purity iron, the only thing i'm interrested in is silver ore. They say, that there are more silver on the lower levels of the mine. But it takes much more food to mine on that levels. So is there any statistic about how much silver tiles on the first, second, third etc mine levels? Any statistic, that can help me to decide, is it worth it to mine deeper?
