Right.

I have been trying to get to the point of making Blistersteel, and have been progressing in research to get there. I am at a loss as to how to get the option to make mortar. Wiki states you need Mortar Masonry, got it, and already got Cementation a while ago. Still, no option under Processing & Materials for mortar.

What have I missed?

Tried searching the forum, but all I got was the weapon, not the material.

Any assist would be appreciated.

Yes, have gone through those option, and looked elsewhere in case there had been a change not reflected in the Wiki.

2nd page option are Oakum, Planed Board, Sharpened Stick, Silicate Compound, Stratified Layer, Thresh Cereals, Unfired Jar of Tar, and Wooden Plugs. 6 blanks and no other page.

Should be in the bottom line on the first page. It's quite hard to see since its color.
If you can find blistersteel coffin, try clicking on the mortar ingredient and it should take you to mortar crafting window.

After a hard restart of the game, it appeared on the first page of the P&M screen. I have yet to find the blistersteel coffin.

Blister Coffin is under Misc. Tools, along with tinder drill, pipes, rope, etc.

Yeah, I've encountered temporarily missing items in the crafting menu as well... Haven't been able to reproduce it though. Maybe it has to do with switching between characters that don't have the same skillsets?

So it is. Thought I had looked there before, and maybe it appeared like the other after the restart. Appreciate the assist.

Not switching characters atm, but rather I think it is the connection, the Great Firewall has made getting into the game a chore. I only noticed it since the Chinese New Year as an occasional thing, but had forgotten about it. Should have tried the restart first.

Thanks for the advice, that that you have given me and to others on the forum. You are truly a helpful person, and I for one, appreciate it.

Cheers!
