Is the grind still long and tedious?

Is this games grind tedious like Wurm Online or is it easier to level up to craft better things?

It's relatively easy to level up to craft the good stuff, but there is still a long grind ahead of you if you want true power in this game.

The skill and stats grind isn't that boring and tedious as in Wurm. Usually you will be required to diversify your inspirationals and food.

However, quality of your products does not depend on your skills, and quality matters only for food (and even then best quality foods are only 2x more effective than 0 quality ones). Increasing quality of your fields, gardening pots and coops takes a lot of time, but not in the form of constant grind like in Wurm. Whenever you harvest from a field it's quality may increase by up to 1%, so it's more about waiting, than spamming single action all the time.

In any case, don't worry about quality that much, just build your base, keep unlocking skills and so on. Just have fun. Quality will come with time.

We were just having a developer discussion on just how the grind is in todays atmosphere. I would love your feedback if you do give us another go and let us know if you feel the grind was too heavy or too light compared to your previous experience.
