viewtopic.php?f=5&t=16923&hilit=help+with+humors#p246536 suggested using the omega foods (Froghetti, Garlic Rabbit, Autumm Delight, Garlic Mushrooms). I thought it was terrible advice at first since they burn each group they're from entirely, but the thing is that after 3 points you get a huge f+f debuff reduction, often resetting it entirely since those omega foods have very low f+f for the amount of points they give you. So you end up spamming them almost faster than you can cook them, just make sure to use 3 different ones each session and then stop at 3 gluttony points.
Once you getup to around 45 or 50 or so you won't get a full point from each omega food, but just top it off with poultry or roasted corn or roasted nuts, stuff that has very low f+f debuff. You'll probably end up not fully resetting the timer after 3 points but it'll just be like 5-15 minutes that you can spend cooking more.
Make sure to make the foods for a variety of humors, don't accidentally make them all for blood or you'll have a ****** time raising the others. Luckily all of the omega foods are variable so it's not hard, and garlic stuffed mushrooms with lobster mushrooms and sugar caps are awesome since they cover two humors each.
This works great up to 60. After that, it totally depends on your playing style and what kind of resources your base is producing... One relatively easy and really beefy combination is buying high purity fiber nets (70%+) for like 100s each or so and building them into shellfish traps, then taking the 70%+ shellfish and making red seafood salad with them out of easily gardened ingredients and then you get around 70 points a pop with only 0:30 f+f and it's very easily restorable by garlic spitroast made with wild garlic (also easily gardenable, it doesn't turn into regular garlic very often). Only downside is you still need to find a yellow bile food since lobster is a *****, deviled beaver with deer works well for that though.
