1. when you get whipped is it still 5 biles minimum.
2. is it permanent loss or is it actually drained then you just need to eat to regain the stats.

1) It's reduced. I only hit for like 2.3 but I haven't been whipping long.
2) Permanent.

When you say you haven't been whipping long are you saying the damage you cause by whipping is increased by the more whips you have done or does the damage increase when you increase your biles as I guessed it to be ?

it scales off of justice points you get 500 points for putting someone into the stocks 100 points for whipping someone
