I have be playing a little, but wherever I go there is an estabilished player base. Quite discouraging I must say for not once I was prone to theft of my property and it seems there is no place to establish my base. A new server the likes of Providence would be good if not ideal. Are there any plans regarding this? So that those who want to start anew would be allowed to do so without endless and fruitless search of new land to call home?

A new world survey to where you live please, and yeah there are plenty of space to establish your base...I am sure you haven't walk far enough yet.

Yes a new expedition server will be launched this year some time after popham is destroyed by darwoth's witch and you are dropped in a 1 hour radius from providence, the map is like 8+ hours walking so just walk west.
this is the map, the town near the coast is providence, every icon we can fast-travel to using caravans.

There is plenty of unclaimed land and starting anew is not hard for experienced players.

There are no plans to wipe or restart providence and only a few have asked for this and always receive a resounding NO.

There is an expedition server that has been up for a while but is ending soon when the winner finally finishes the server off. There will be another expedition server not long (months) after the finishing of that one. But you will find with little experience that that server would be challenging for you.

Finding new land takes time I would suggest you stick to a small claim figure out what you need for biomes then get on a cricket or horse and go looking for a new spot to lay claim to. Do not worry about thieves so much as long as you can keep your claim paid for and money in your bank you will be able to uproot when you see it as time and then go.

My correction you are right. If you want some one to steal from you, you should do this. Something tells me he has not been playing long enough to have anything worth stealing so no one has yet.

I remember when I first started, I wondered if the world was infinite. Really. It seemed so vast and unexplored to me. I think you just need to go further away (HOURS) to find a place you can call home.

Sounds to me that you have not walked more than 5 minutes around the map.

I am sure that over 95% of the lands are still uninhabited, especially the darkness.

Well, the Darkness does not sound right does it? To much of humours drain...
