Online mapping tool

Hello!
Is there any option to create interactive map from tiles gathered by all town folks?

i remember that on ronaoke or jamestown was an online map created by players, available for all. Could someone tell, how to do something like that? i'm gettin cancer of all-time crashes, lags and errors of MapTool.

The map tool works flawlessly for me so I don't know what is wrong with yours. Have you tried using different releases?
It would not be hard to get a little server up and running doing what you desire if it has not already been done. I however would not like to contribute my map tiles due to giving away my location and set up. Do you really want everyone to have a full and constantly updated world map at their disposal? I don't, but I'm sure there will be a group who are already doing this.

edit, Now that I think about it, did I read that Judaism has something like this going for KKK?

i want it for my own town, not for all folks.

like - someone will find abbadoned village to loot and he can add tiles and setup a mark on it. stuff like that.

Lots of groups have major maps for portions of the server. I map the areas I am in for myself as well it is a good idea. Just search the forums for map tool.

IDK... I like the old map-tool; but any file size over 2GB... which is <5% of the providence map... it crashes and/or takes a very long time to load and is just crap.

Has there been an improvement?
