We came upon a 101x101, looks to be an abandoned town bell (entering/leaving yada yada). But we do not see the bell anywhere. We can walk all around the town. Where is the bell?!?

It is possible for a bell to be destroyed and the boundary stones to remain with the name of the town. It's probably something like that.

ideally, yes: the pclaim will need an eminent domain to be destroyed, and the townbell will need a waste claim to be destroyed.

If you have both, you force the raider to both destroy the town bell and eminent domain your pclaim if they want to completely screw you over.
