but when chracter die... how can i bind key ? or made copy ?

You do this before hand, it's part of the preparations you should always do for the inevitable. It's highly suggested you keep alts with spare keys in multiple bases or even in leanto's spread through the world.
If you are left with gates and no keys, pclaim over them, break them, and rebuild.
