How do I move my homestead, what do I need to build, and what skills do I need?

Also can someone explain to me how to cure madness? ( I know it's through hookah but I don't know where it is and how to meet the requirements) I don't have madness but I want to be prepared for the blood moon.

there are quite a few empty leanto's, search the area you want to move to and if you find one , right click and it will give the .make homestead. ....click that ...new home

best option now is get a Teddy Bear from the King Stall (dont buy from players because witch curse)

Buy an affluence set from a player for around 200-300s (check Trade Wind) or simply make your own with geodes and jute clothing so you can use the hookah, it's far better than using a teddy bear since although you can only use it once per 24 hours, you get ~50k inspiration when you use it as well and you can use it whenever you get the madness level right away to bring it down to zero. With teddy bear you have to be offline for a full 8 consecutive hours for it to take effect. Though obviously, both is best
