I had just began my day and i was wondering around foraging with my canoe when i spotted a sunny sunflower.I ctrl-clicked out of my canoe on the shore to go get it,but my impatience made me forget to click on the display town claims button. So now im on the shore,next to my canoe,able to move myself but crying over my unmovable canoe.
I have no crime abilities plus im not that happy about leaving my first scents,but..its not impossible to make a new canoe,its just that weve been through so much together!Any ideas of how i can get out of this unpleasant situation?

Leave the canoe. best option.

Activate the town an pclaims view. should be buttons under your leftside menu.
Then you can see a red area if you pass a claim.

See,now i knew that,but i guess people are sometimes silly. And i paid for it with a canoe

You could try to mention name of the town here, maybe people who live there would be nice enough to contact you, just remember not to go there on your main character if that happens, since people also can be mean to new players.

Thanks for the suggestion,I prefer to keep both location and town name for myself though,as my base is relatively close..

It turns out its probably abandoned,but i realised a canoe is really easier to build now,in comparison to the point i built my first one.Thanks all for the input

I wonder how many canoes the people with claims for fish traps have gotten this way
