Do you lose your character if you run out of biles on enemy town territory?

If nobody kills you while you're fainted and if your madness doesn't reach level 9 then you won't lose your character.
You'll just lie there during 24h and get like 6 madness level.

normaly is KO

but permdeath is possible:
- other player murder you
- whale eat you and you stay in stomach one week
- @top, 10lvl madness
- monsters in the darkness
- disease
it is all possible what i remember
