Detailed Madness Level

Hi,
I think the answer is "No", but I want to ask anyway:
Is there a more detailed information than a full number (0, 1, ...) visible to me? With the humor values I can check my madness level. It says "0". But it is probably higher, but still not 1. Curious as I am, I would like to know if I am close to 1 and start just picking flowers until the end of the day.
But I suspect this is contrary to the intention of the madness level, because you should be afraid and alert that your madness could rise. If it would be possible to see 0.9 madness, than I could safely work it down to say 0.5 and go on playing without fear.

If you are using a custom client just hover on your humour bars to see the number
But don't worry for madness. At level 5+ you can use tier1 tobacco to lower it, very cheap and easy. Only problem would be destroying your tools but that doesn't happen too often.

I use the custom client and it gives me just a flat rounded number: "Madness level: 0". I was looking for any hint where I am between level 0 and level 1.

There is no way for even the custom clients to tell how much insanity you have (when they reaches a certian level you gain 1 madness) JC wanted it to stay a hidden value.

OK. That's what I thought initially. To not take the fun out of the madness concept...

I beg to differ, I went from level 28 to level 22 in the woodworking skill in a matter of seconds because of the woodworking fetish demon thing that got equipped to my right hand. It happened twice, the second time I was looking out for it so only dropped 2 levels, but, that is a lot of inspiration to loose for a noob
