not really much to report except that it's pretty random
when I pay attention and try to log in once every half hour or so throughout the day for a couple of days in everbloom, I reckon that still only 1/7th to 1/8th of my fruit trees are blossoming.
FYI, it was previously stated that the number of skeps/butterfly houses doesn't matter: one of each maxes your chances already. FWIW, I've never seen a tree that blossomed but did not fruit: blossoming is the 'luck' part.

Just last everbloom on Providence, my tree blossomed near the end of the 7 day period and never fruited.

that's just bad luck, because everbloom ended.
What I mean is that I have never seen a tree blossom and losing its blossoms before everbloom ended. Most of my blossoming trees fruit within the day, usually about 8 hours i'd say.
