As the title says, when ever I eat a boiled witches hat I get Mushroom poisoning, is this a curse of some kind or a bug? Any help would be appreciated.

Yea same thing just happened to my friend. And I keep getting poisoned from shroom patties the same friend makes and he is always 'yeah i boiled them bro' and i am always 'mmmhmm sure you did'. So I guess he was always telling the truth and it is simply a bug

morels and witch hats have a known issue where boiling them will not remove their poison If you need to glutton with them, plan them at the end of your session.

Since this is not going to fixed, maybe the devs can make it to where you can not boil these mushrooms. It would stop a lot of the confusion.

it will hopefully get fixed some day, but apparently JC and Marp have issues tracking the cause down. They do still consider it a bug, AFAIK.

so, my ask is ? i remeber one mushrom need 2 times boiled what name ?

honestly consider it lucky. Laxatives are OP as it is for getting rid of the debuff (imo)

boil them twice!!
