Disease and Dead

Why dont Disease go off with the Dead of the Char?

I am in a Dead Loop with Disease and cannot end it. After Respawn the Disease will kill me faster than a second.

How can i break this Loop?

You should check maybe there is a bat attached to your neck

also, if you state that you are in (deep) darkness, there is constant drain to all biles there. After you respawn, the bile that caused you to KO (blood, here) will be set to 5.0. However, the drain will soon drain that back to 0 again.
Either that, are you have a bat attached to your neck (check it in the equipment menu)
