Movement issues in Tutorial

I'm moving painfully slowly in the tutorial. Why?

Maybe overload ? Char in tutorial can carry max 10kg for walking normally. Try reduce weight

My first guess would be your collected too many branches, open your invintory (tab) and drop a few by ctrl-clicking, or drop all of them by ctrl-alt clicking.
