About the viola

I played the instrument and i have the aeolian skill but the biome didnt change.
How does it work? is there a slight chance for the biome to change maybe?

Can't change dirt tiles, so has to be another biome which you did not dig. And it seems like the more complicated is your melody, the more tiles would be changed, so holding one note doesn't do much comparing to changing them fast.
