Boston is a term used to say the main town since at one point teleport to boston was the only option even tho there were 3 different servers.

You need the skill mercantilism and a LOT of silvers.

boston was the name for providence on the alpha/early closed beta.
For the longest time the port skill was actually called "... To Boston", until JC fixed that. A lot of us still refer to boston when not thinking
