One pillar me, kill and scalp. I just wanted to defend my house.
what can I do to get justice?
If I kill my murderer, I become myself a murderer.
And if I go see the judge he'll have only punishment 24H

You can hire somebody to get revenge on him. You can also learn the skill revenge and kill him without the skill murder.
