I have 3 bee skeps with 1 queen and 3 drone bees for about 3 days but neither of them produced anything, i check them once per day

I think you need at least 5 drone bees, just add some more of those and it should work.

Ive always started with at least 8 drones, but it it normally does take longer than 3 days for honey to be produced. Workers bees aren't produced instantly either, but I cant confirm whether or not 3 days is enough for them to be present.

How about royal jelly? how long does it take to produce and how many?

Don't quote me but I would say that I get a new queen with jelly every day or two days with 8 skeps. It's not going to happen at the beginning. The skep has to develop a bit.
