I was wandering around and agreed by a cougar, I have waited 10mins after I log off and relogged in then nothing happened... How to I revive and start playing again..?

Well most of the animals stop attacking you once you KO. Some of them will continue to do so even when you KO and you will be stuck in a loop were you cant "respawn" back home. Only solution for this is that you log out for 10-15min. And log back in after, you should be ok than.

What do you mean exactly ? In Salem, you can be KOed : your bodie is ported to your homestead after a few minutes (if you aren't in the loop Kata was speaking about) and your inventory is emply, but you are not dead. If you know where you have been KOed, you can go back there and try to refind a part of your goods (take care the animal which attacked you the first time). If you have been killed, your character is deleted (= does'nt appear in the list when you want to log in) and you must create a brand new one.

I was KO'd for more then 15 mins and even when I relogged after another 10 mins I was still KO'd in the same area its was a cougar that attacked me, I just logged in now and I was told in a message that it will spawn me home but not lose my invo but when I looked in ny invo it was empty

Have you commited any crimes? like larceny or something like that? If you have a crime debuff you will respawn in your Leanto until the debuff passes XD

at the time I just finished a crime buff on me before I had the cougar attacked. It just finished cooling down when the attack was in progress it took me a whole 3 hits to become KO'd. but after that the KO did not change with in the time duration that I have spoken about up in my last posts. Unless my computer is lagging so badly that is causing this much trouble.

Well your empty inventory would be due to the KO. You drop everything except items you are wearing when you get KO'd.
