How do I get inspiration back?

I'm confused with this new inspiration stuff that blocks you from studying if you have no more left? How do i get this back?

There are different ways to get/increase the rate in which you gain inspiration points back:
1) Wait - Inspiration builds up overtime online or offline (faster offline/sleeping in bed)
2)The more black bile you have the more points you get per second
3)Consuming inspiration potions (craftable)
4) Skills like Literacy, Formal Education and Aristotelian Logic also increases the rate in which you gain inspiration

Also, make sure you vary what you study. ..each use of the same inspirational increases its cost until you train a proficiency.

For the newbies, go run around catching butterflies for butterbug refreshers, kinda silly but it helps.

Leaf bed is pretty easy to make... fyi.. sleeping with a teddy bear in your left hand for 8 hours will reduce madness by 1... more you have to wake up and go back to sleep, etc... but a real bed will improve your regen rate!

Don't study stringy Sinew as it's a key ingredient in Inspiration pots...

(also don't study lard as it's a key ingredient in motar...for brick walls)
