So i recently got back into Salem and Singing Old Logs use to be EVERYWHERE. I have not found a single one since, I only have the one from when I use to play. Was this inspirational removed from the game?

Not so much actually...

You have to look in a high travel area... but where others failed to look.

Keep in mind that they are HEAVY.

Just like almost everything as you get farther from Providence... stump 'stuff' becomes more difficult to find. My experience~ not the word of DEV or anything, but every map grid is 'refreshed' when toons walk through them; every time that happens there's a random chance of stuff appearing in stumps and such. Easy explanation why it's hard to find goodies in some areas...where others there's tons...lack of traffic, etc.

Better to search closer to town on an alt and transfer it in Providence...

Same goes for chestnuts, cobwebs, Indian feathers, grubs, etc, etc...

Why they are HEAVY... if you attempt to make the Wicked Wicker Man... wait until it's down to single use... else it will consume all for no additional benefit!

Actually, we've said this many times.

So yes, if you're looking to spawn stuff in the stumps around your claim, the best way is to keep loading the tile by regularly traveling through it.

So...for OP's question... the more folks who 'keep loading the tile' the better your chance to getting an old singing log.

That's more likely to occur close to town where most of the newbs are spawned thus more traffic thus more loading, etc...

Thanks Totalymeow for supporting my point... hope it does hurt too much :)

PS- you and the community may have said it many times; but he's obviously a relative newb... he probably hasn't read it many times...and for that matter...neither have I... but experience is always better than theory...
