does anyone know how much F&F a thrown food in the stocks add?

I believe it starts in hours but is adjusted by your justices points. I threw some food at one person and noticed someone else come by and throw food and get a higher number. I would say the big tomatoes are probably something like 6 hours. Last time I was in the stocks I was only added like a day of F&F to the current timer I already had.
