I found a cave down, and now im stuck down here with the bats hitting me and I won't respawn????

this is getting annoying.

It happens once in awhile that they won't deaggro. You need to log out for a little while so the server can deload the tile. I usually recommend a half hour, but a lot of people say 10 minutes is usually enough. Be sure that once you log on again, you go right to your equipment and ctrl-click the bat on your neck to remove it and then kill it.
