Will I be able to build a wall here?

I've had some problematic land and flattened it to this state. Will I be able to build a wall and continue it upwards by 6 as shown on this picture? :O

Edit: I couldn't build there. It's 1 too high. 5 levels is the maximum.

Try to place a cornerpost, if you can put the sign down you can extend a wall segment on it also.

Looks too steep.

I meant also that fancy rainbow-coloured grid underneath.
Ah, and one more thing. I hadn't figured out how to rotate buildings when planning, other than just to walk somewhere a bit and try it again.
