Knocked out in claimed area

Hello just started playing Salem and already got into problem!, I just wanted to see what will happen if I enter someones area and some kind of laser shoot me and knocked me out. In Manual it says I should wake up in a few minutes, but I don't I was waiting for like an hour and still nothing, nothing is working, logged in another day and I'm still there lying around, just a message says my madness is now lvl3 dunno what that means...
What am I supposed to do or does that mean my character is dead?

You have to wait 24 hours now.
Maybe you will be alive after that, maybe not. It depends what the claimowner does or if he get notice of you.

If your Character is not very old yet, just start a new one.
You can close your client and then logon with another character.
Your Koed Char will be stay online while he lays there.

What are the options the claim owner has? I know they can simply send them home, but what sort of punishment can they perform? Is this a situation where if the claim owner had Revenge they can murder the KO'd guy? How do you send the guy to Stockade?

He can murder you if he has the skill.
If the OP has not left summonable scent i dont think calimowner can revenge.
And the claimowner can hide his own scent until it is despawned.
Its his claim, he should then wall the scent.
