Farming Help

Hi all,

I am looking for some help farming. I played Salem many blood moons ago so am struggling to deal with the many changes since I last played.

I have planted varying fields including cotton, cabbages, cereal and loaded them with varying fertilizer to get each of the stats up. But my fields seem to be stuck at a single item in the middle of a field. So instead of a field of cabbages I have a single cabbage in the middle, or a single stalk of cotton etc. At first I though it was just time. If I take the example of my cotton plants I have over 200% speed in these. Standard grow time on cotton is meant to be 4 days so I would expect my cotton field to be fully grown after 2 days (with 200% bonus) but no I can still only see a single stalk.

I have read all the help guides I can find, you tube videos etc and they all still show full fields of cotton and not my poor lonely bush. But these guides could be out of date.

Am I doing something wrong?

You have a custom client. Probably Kandarim's. It has a graphics option to reduce the number of plants showing in your field to 1 in the middle because some people find their computer runs too slowly with the entire field displayed or they just think it looks better. Your fields are just fine and you can turn that option off in your graphic option menu if you don't like it.

Ah yes that would explain it. Thanks for the quick reply. Not going insane after all.. well only slowly =)
