make it more likely to get rare inspirationals/things from butchered animals etc etc

When im feeling lucky, i normally buy a scratch card, win almost every time when i get the gut feeling, even if 9/10 it is just my £2 back. Highest win is £500 to date.
Guess it works the same in salem.
