So... I'm a moron and left my account logged in at home last night and won't be back there till MUCH later this evening. Is there any chance I could request my account be forcibly logged off?

In the future, the Latikai client will automatically log you off after 10 minutes of inactivity if you enable it.

Ah. Didn't know that feature existed. That is the client I use.

Well...hmm...I got a Teddy Bear you can borrow for a few days.

As long as I don't die from madness (which I doubt, I was at 0 last night), I have a teddy His name is Runcible. He makes the nightmares go away.


I was hoping to get to play a little today, do basic maintenance on my claim, hence my request.

Sucks but mistakes you make in game are usually irreversible. Heal that madness and get back to it.

Truth. As I said, just wanted to play today before I go out for the evening, but I guess if it can't happen it can't happen.

Don't sweat it. I got KO'd with an alt on someone elses claim. I laid there for a couple of days before finally being sent back to my leanto. Luckily no one from the claim logged on during that time. My madness was lvl 8 the next time I logged on. A couple of days of teddy bear lovin' and I was good as new.

But, doesn't your character stay active in the world even after logging off, unless you use a bed to sleep?

For a time, yes.
