Hello,

At home my game run good ( win 10 ) but I trying to run at work in different computer ( win vista or win 10 ) i see the splash screen and the window is black I see only the mouse pointer ( hand )
I try on different navigator and the problem is allways here
On the thwo computer direct x, drivers are up to date and java too
Any suggestions please ?

It's OK. Mouse cursor isn't affected by connection problems.

I try with a VPN I can select my avatar but after same problem : black screen only mouse but i hear the music.

It's not the same problem. It's actually not a problem at all.
Can you see "loading..." string in the middle of a screen? This game need to download about 50M of assets just to start play and 50-75M more to continue. Each asset will be downloaded once, and the trigger for download is seeing something new in game. Something new for your current game client, not for you.

Wait, let it download all things.
