Hello,

someone told me ingame that u can refine tea by making 9.5l tea out of 10l water then putting the same sort of tea leaves in and refine it to give 0.2 0.3 0.4 concentration, is this true?

I've tried using more than a single leaf of tea, it seemed to only result in less overall tea after boiling. Based on how leather consumes tanning fluid, I'd guess that the OP is disproven. But it could be a unique mechanic for tea. I know what I'm testing tonight!

Maybe they were using tanning fluid to make tea?

To my knowledge, not until/if the devs make growing your own teapods possible.

Would be nice if we could mix teas for combined affects or even add honey or sugar for reduced potency at the gain of having a more well rounded tea.

Plant tea pods which can be purchased in town in a garden pot with high aether using humus with high aether. It will be above zero, but you can't keep incrementing it.

Ah, then no. But you can feed the leaves to worms if you like.
