Can't download the game

Hi everyone i just made my account and confirmed it then i came back here . Wanted to download the game but the thing i downloaded wasn't the game but a file if you guys know how to download it please tell me down below thx . PEACE

This file is the game launcher.
1. Make sure you have Java installed on the machine. In the event you do not you may download it here

right click -> open with -> choose... -> browse -> Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_60\bin\javaws.exe
