Breaking a stone wall

Postby SacreDoom » Sun Sep 06, 2015 4:05 pm

I have a claimed stone wall that I want to break down, but the process is very, very slow. In what ways can I increase the speed at which I'm destroying it?

I'm wearing a pickaxe, but I don't know if that has any effect what so ever.

Any help is appreciated. :)

1: Raise your phelgm
2: Claim over the wall to remove soak

Im not sure equiping an item makes any difference. Make sure you have the wall claimed. If you do, you can break in it a couple minutes even at 30 phlegm, if you don't have it claimed, I believe you need 130+. Please also note that you need to keep your phlegm up, not just the max, so eat or drink tea while breaking it.

You can break a stonewall with 90+ because the soak is 90... but it need very much time if you do it with only slightly above 90 phlegm.

If it is claimed by yourself you dont have soak, so you can break it with much less than 90 phlegm.

iirc: soak on a stone wall is 80, so you need more than 80 (current, not maximum!) phlegm to do any damage.

- With capped damage it would take like 2-3 minutes to destroy one tile, so (IF it is on YOUR personal claim, to remove soak) with ~40 phlegm it would take like 12 minutes per tile or so...

- Items equipped have no effect on breaking walls.

- Have a full stack of tea-buff, and keep it up to stay at max phlegm while bashing it.

- If the tiles don't splash yet (= do damage to nearby wall tiles when destroyed) then wait a few days and try again, much, much less work if splash works for ya.
