i logged out for about 10 minutes and half my wall was decayed to 50%....if its on a claim does it still decay?

Maybe a Bug.
Why i think about an bug is that i have heard (not confirmed from myself) from a friend in game a similar report.
She has build up a little claim with stone hedge and told me that there are some wall segments now red.
She said that the wall is claimed with one tile claim more than the wall position.
First she thought about someone has tried to raid her, but she found no scents.

Can other people report similar things from weird wall damages without any reason?

I've seen a plenty of players, who build walls before they have enough silver to claim them.
