connection issues

i started up salem today and it says connection refused: connect...any ideas at first i thought it was no connection but im here so....it cant be that i have no connection

is this still occurring ?
When it does, you can check
http://login.salemthegame.com/portal/state for the current state of your server and check whether the server is down or you are suffering from some connections issues.

it is working now i think its the wifi where i was at im not sure...go figure good wifi doesnt work....crappy wifi that gets no more than 60 kb/s works great...lol

ok update....i changed operating systems to linux...and it is saying connection refused?
