Hi,
I've few questions regarding crime and punishment system - couldn't find answers on wiki.

If you can find the homestead of a criminal and access it, you can use a piece of Evidence to summon their character online and kill it, which will leave scents. Alternatively, you can destroy their homestead if it is a Leanto and summon them anywhere.

1. Does destroying a Leanto on the claim (its not mine claim, nor its the claim of the leanto owner) that I have permissions to walk into is still a crime?

Summoning someone who doesn't have a homestead results in their instant death with no scents left.

2.Where the bodies of those characters(and their items) will be summoned - near my character?
3.I summon using the evidence in that case?
4.Will getting the items from dead body would still be considered lacerny?

1. Yes
2. As far as I know the stuff that they had in their inventory will drop when you destroy their leanto. You'll only summon dead body with clothes equipped.
3. Yes (you hold evidence in hand and rightclick it near your homestead)

I've have another question:
If I have revenge skill can I kill a trespasser? (He hasn't commit any other crimes).
Somehow I can't get evidence(items) from trespassing scents.

Because that's not summonable, for summonable crimes you get a scent item which you use to summon

But can I use revenge on trespasser?

What do I need to put criminal in stocks? Evidence is enough right?

Yes, but first you would have to pay 500s to that judge guy to sentence the criminal before you can stock him.

Yes, you pay 500 silver and use that item on the stocks, but first of all:

1. Make sure the criminal is offline, some people keep their characters online to avoid stocks, only if they have tobacco farms.
2. Make sure the criminal is alive.

How to do this: Left click the scent and right click anywhere on the screen, if it doesn't say the criminal is dead you are good.
To check if the guy is online you must go the place the scents are, track the criminal and follow the perpretator, if it says the criminal is offline, proceed to use the stocks.

Ok, another thing:
Does Eye for an eye skill allows to kill a criminal with no legal consequences? (Where in possession of evidence)

No. I have not try that skill but as far as I understood it it would allow you to cut right arm of a char you have scent of and that shouldn't leave a scent. If you kill him though you would leave a murder scent.
