I think it's only available on Popham now due to no domesticated animals on Prov. I'd guess it's a building similar to a Press.

Cheese? There's cheese in Salem??

Have you tried boiling the milk with salt?
Edit: Cranberry sauce is a high acidic liquid, I'm not really sure how you would mix the two in the pot maybe pectin and milk or somehow the juice and milk?

Why is everyone expecting salt to have anything to do with cheese?

Probably because it has a lot to do with cheesemaking?

Granted, it's not until after the curd separation process, but it's still part of it.

So anywho, try some sort of acidic liquid to start the curding.

Not sure if cow stomachs are a harvestable thing tho, so idk how we'd get the rennet.

Sure salt is part of cheesemaking later in the process irl, but shouldn't you be concerned with getting curds first? Why would you just combine milk and salt?
