This is insane.
Break 1 stone hedge and it breaks the wall next to it to 88%.
That is bad enough - but the worse part..
it costs a Granite / % to repair the damaged wall!!
To repair that damaged wall takes enough granite to Build 80 wall sections. It doesn't make any sense at all.

There was a change to repairing walls some months ago. The idea was that repairing should cost much more than building a new wall, to make it harder to actively defend from raiders.

Harder .. I can kind of understand.
But this much is crazy.
Breaking your OWN walls shouldn't do that kind of damage to others nearby in the first place.. but 100x magnitude costs for repairs is just ... Stupid.

at the point where you are repairing brick walls you'll be needing hundreds and hundreds of bricks and quite a bit of time to repair a single segment.
When destroying walls, they won't splash onto nearby walls when they were built recently (within 2 weeks there is no splash, I think) which means that it is much less of a pain when you make mistakes building time than it is to make up your mind 2 months in.

I felt the same way once. It is a complete toss up. When adding a new gate i wish that when i destroy my own wall it would not splash. However if I have to tear down a large section of wall then i am thankful for the splash so...
